Photograph album assembled by a Swedish traveler or officer in the 1920s. Most of the photographs are related to Iraq, mainly Basra and Bagdad. One photograph was taken in Muscat, Oman. This part features views, street scenes, architecture, antiquities but also portraits and it includes one photograph of General Maude entering Baghdad after conquering the city in 1917, when he was leading the Mesopotamian campaign during WWI. The last part of the albums comprises pictures mainly related to navigation.
