The 'Table of Contents' on the verso of the engraved dedication calls for XXVI pl. - including engraved title page. Most plates are unsigned. A few are signed in the plate by David Roberts, or as lithographically printed by Day & Son. The engraved dedication carries on its verso a list of the plates, in which the lithographers were named as T.S. Boys, W. Gauci, T. Allom, T.S. Cooper, L. Haghe and D. Roberts.
