Show moreArabic manuscript on paper, with 3ll. of black stylised kufic, the first two separated with a gold line with central knotted motif, the last line within cartouche with knotted outline containing the signature, roundels with the names of Abu Bakr, 'Umar, 'Uthman and 'Ali in the corners, further cartouches with lines of naksh within cartouches outlined with foliate vine, a number of small stars, dated in the lower left hand corner, laid down between gold and polychrome floral illuminated margins on contemporaneous black illuminated border, framed and glazed.
