    <abstract type="Summary">Report surveying the state of the railroads and the gauges used by the Iraqi State Railways and the Trans-Iranian Railway between 1942 and 1944. The report is incomplete; 11 pages are related to Iraq (p. 54-85), while 16 pages cover Iran (p. 73-160). The typewritten text is accompanied by photomechanical prints and technical drawings of locomotives. The report might have been produced both by the British or the American intelligence. A map of Turkey produced by the British War Office in 1939 is included; railroads and possessions of the same are outlined in pencil. جزء مأخوذ من تقرير سرّي مجهول الكاتب حول مشروع مدّ سكة حديدية داخل إيران، وبيع عربات جديدة، وذلك ما بين سنة 1942 و1944. هذا التقرير مُرفد بمجموعة من الصُور التوضيحية للخاصيات التقنية للعربات المزمع بيعها وترويجها وأخرى لأهم المحطّات والأماكن التي سيمر منها. وهو يتنزّل في إطار الجوسسة الاستعمارية من أجل أهداف اقتصادية توسعية </abstract>
