Show moreVintage poster for the exhibit of the paintings and drawings of the French painter Paul-Élie Dubois, documenting the scientific expedition organized in 1928 by Pierre Bordes (1870-1943), Governor-general of Algeria. The works of Paul-Élie Dubois were exhibited in Paris between 1929 and 1930 and accompanied by some conferences on the Hoggar and Touareg culture. The poster shows a Touareg woman. On the left side of the poster, a script in Tuareg language. Title from item, date devised by Library Staff. The poster is signed "PED" and tagged "Imp. Lucien Serre & .Cie - Paris".
