An elevated view of Mecca, with a caravan of camels entering the city. Myller journeyed from Rome to Jerusalem then on to Troy, Gallipoli and Constantinople, before visiting Egypt and Syria. From Syria he returned to Rome via Malta. He published an account, ''Peregrinus In Jerusalem''. Plate from the book "Peregrinus in Jerusalem" by Angelicus Maria Myller.
